As I mentioned in
my first blog post - one of the main things I want to do with this blog is
highlight some of the work I have done previously. Although every client will have their own
requirements, I think it is natural human curiosity for potential clients to be
interested in looking at some of the work a landscape architect has designed.
Obviously digital cameras and web pages make it a whole lot easier to show previous work in a way that is cost effective and accessible. But what about online videos? Nearly everyone is now viewing videos on You Tube and other online video sites.
Keen to see what is possible I've been tinkering with some software to put together a trial video, and I've linked it below. I'm also hoping to do at least two more in the short term (one previous residential project and one commercial project). Any feedback or suggestions from people in this area would really be appreciated.
Thank
you for making me a part of your day! J

P.S. The
wonderful music throughout the video is by the fantastic Australian band
Icehouse and the song is called Man of Colours. As this was just a trial I have
used one of my favourite songs to set it to, although I realise it would most
likely have a copywrite over it. I intend to change the music to a royalty free
song as soon as I can find one as awesome as this one…..
